API Platform Update
Important changes coming September 15, 2025
We’re making significant updates to our ConnectWise Cloud Services API platform to improve performance, security, and long-term maintainability. This includes a domain change, the introduction of new API endpoints, and the deprecation and removal of legacy endpoints and categories.
What’s Changing?
API Domain Change
Starting June 16, 2025, APIs will be served from the new domain:

New Domain: apis.cloudservices.connectwise.com (currently available)

Old Domain: apis.skykick.com

Important: Please update your integrations accordingly. Requests to the old domain will no longer be supported after September 15, 2025.
New API Endpoints
We’ve introduced a new Health Check endpoint for multiple APIs to provide better service monitoring and efficient troubleshooting. The additions include:

Note: We recommend using the Health Check endpoints to monitor API availability. These endpoints are designed to integrate with monitoring tools such as Pingdom, Datadog, or Backup Radar. They return one of three status values – healthy, unhealthy, or degraded – reflecting the state of the underlying services and systems.
To avoid unnecessary load, we advise calling these endpoints no more than once per minute.
Deprecated & Sunsetting APIs
Entire API Categories Being Removed
The following API categories, including all endpoints, will be fully deprecated on June 1, 2025 and removed on September 15, 2025:

Email Migrations API – 28 endpoints

Discovery API – 5 endpoints

These APIs will not be replaced. Please remove any dependencies before the sunset date.

Frequently asked questions
When will the new APIs be made available?
The new API domain, apis.cloudservices.connectwise.com, is currently available.
Will my existing ConnectWise PSA integration break?
No, these changes have no impact on the existing ConnectWise PSA integration.
Are there any other changes that I should be aware of?
Yes, the SkyKick domain is being replaced with ConnectWise. See our Domain Change page for more details.
