We’re updating our domain name
As part of the ConnectWise acquisition of SkyKick, SkyKick is updating the company’s domain name from SkyKick.com to CloudServices.ConnectWise.com. This change affects all public-facing systems and communications. Please review dates and changes listed below to ensure that you’re prepared.

Key dates

August 18th, 2025: All communications from SkyKick will cease and we will begin sending from the ConnectWise.com domain. Please update your allowlists and filters accordingly. If you are using an email scrapper tool, please update your existing rules as necessary

September 8th, 2025: Transition to the ConnectWise web domain. All web traffic will be redirected to cloudservices.connectwise.com

September 16th, 2025: Transition for APIs to the new domain, which will be apis.cloudservices.connectwise.com

August 22nd, 2025: The ConnectWise Cloud Services Help Center (formerly SkyKick Help Center) will be updated to use the new domain, support.cloudservices.connectwise.com, instead of support.skykick.com
What you need to do

Update Bookmarks: Change any saved links to our new domain

Update API Integrations: If you use our APIs, update the base URLs to apis.cloudservices.connectwise.com before September 16th. For more information on the API changes, visit our API changes page

Check Email Filters: Ensure emails from @connectwise.com are not marked as spam.

Update Email Scrapers: If you’re using an email scraper or other tooling, the logic may need to be adjusted to use the ConnectWise.com domain. (Notification emails will be sent from cloud-noreply@connectwise.com.)

Frequently asked questions
Will my existing bookmarks break?
All direct links using the old SkyKick domain will break starting September 8th, but redirects will be provided.
Will my API calls break?
All APIs using the old apis.skykick.com domain will break starting September 16th. The new domain, apis.cloudservices.connectwise.com, is currently available.
Will my account or login credentials change?
No. Your login credentials and account data remain the same.
Will I need to reauthorize Entra ID Applications?
No. All apps will be rebranded with updated links, but that will cause no disruption to apps already deployed.
